ReImagine OT operates primarily as a self-pay clinic, focusing on delivering high-quality, personalized intensive therapy without the constraints often imposed by insurance companies. This approach allows us to:

After your evaluation, we’ll provide a clear outline of costs based on your child’s personalized therapy program. We can create a superbill for families who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance company.

Option 2

Florida Step Up Provider

ReImagine OT is an approved provider for the Florida Step Up For Students program, specifically the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA). This scholarship program enables families to personalize their child’s education and therapy services by directing funds where they’re needed most.

The FES-UA program provides eligible Florida students with an Education Savings Account (ESA) that can be used for various approved services, including occupational therapy with providers like ReImagine OT. The funds can be applied toward therapists, specialists, curriculum, educational tools, and more Step Up For Students.

Who Qualifies?

Children age 3 through grade 12 (or age 22, whichever comes first) with specific diagnoses including autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and other developmental or neurological conditions.

How It Works

If your child qualifies for the FES-UA program, we can help guide you through using your scholarship funds for our intensive therapy services. When working with an approved direct provider, there are typically no out-of-pocket costs as the scholarship funds cover the therapy services provided Connectedspeechpathology.
